This Privacy Policy explains how Avinashi Ads (“Avinashi Ads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, or otherwise engage with us. We operate from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and process personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and the SPDI Rules, 2011) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Avinashi Ads is the Data Fiduciary that determines how and why your personal data is processed.
01

When you fill in our enquiry form or contact us directly, we collect the details you provide, including:
- Your name
- Company or organisation name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your project goals and any message or campaign details you share with us
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
02
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations or proposals;
- Plan, discuss, and deliver outdoor advertising campaigns and related services;
- Communicate with you about your enquiry by phone, email, or WhatsApp;
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience;
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We send marketing or promotional communications only where you have consented to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
03
Legal Basis & Your Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry or otherwise provide your details to us, and to take steps at your request before entering into or performing a contract. Where the law allows, we may also process data for “legitimate uses” such as responding to a request you have voluntarily made. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8); withdrawing consent will not affect processing already carried out.
04
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
- With trusted service providers (Data Processors) who help us operate our business — for example, hosting, customer-relationship and email tools, and analytics providers — who are bound to process data only on our instructions;
- With government authorities, courts, or regulators where required by law;
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, or reorganisation, subject to this Policy;
- With your consent, or at your direction.
Some of our service providers (such as analytics and advertising platforms) may process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with applicable law.
05
Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We use third-party tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and the performance of our campaigns. These tools may set their own cookies and collect usage data subject to their respective privacy policies.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the website function.
06
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — typically for the duration of our engagement with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or business requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
07
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security practices to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
